Cancellation fees:
•For all cancellations 1 month before travel a charge of $3000 will be applied plus airline fees that are determined by the travel agent.
•Cancellations more than 1 month of travel date will require $500 cancellation fee.

Program and Schedule for Trip
Preparation for Travel:
Passport and ticket
Put your name and address on your bags
Arrive three hours before departure at the airport
Call airline to confirm flight time and arrange for vegetarian meals
Program in Medinah:
3-4 night stay at Hotel. The hotel is close to the Holy Prophet's (S) masjid.
Lecture will be given by Imam Al Qazwini in regards to hajj rituals.
Tour of holy sites in Medinah which include:
Masjid al Qiblataen: where the Qiblah was changed to the Kaba
Masjid Qiba: The first masjid that was built in Islam, where the Prophet waited for Imam Ali (A) and the Fawatim before entering Medinah.
Mountain of Uhud: where Hamza (A) and the shuhada of Uhud are buried.
Al Baqe': where Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba (A), Imam Zain Al Abideen (A), Imam Mohammad Al Baqir (A), and Imam Jafar As Sadiq (A) are buried.
Program in Mekkah:
Depart from Medinah to Masjid Al Shajarah, where the niyyat of hajj will be made and the ihram will be worn.
Trip from Medinah to Mekkah will take about 6-8 hours, depending on traffic.
Upon arrival get settled in the building, drop off luggage then head to the Ha'ram to perform Umrat al Tamatuaa, comprised of Tawaf, salat al Tawaf, Saiee between Safa and Marwaa, and taqseer (shortening) of hair.
Every pilgrim will have an ID card that has the address of the hotels in each city in case you get lost.
Tour of the city of Mekkah will be given during the first week to visit the surrounding holy sites.
Religious lectures will be given.
Keep in mind the streets will be very crowded, always try to stay with a member from the group.
**Schedule and rituals for Arafat, Muna, and Muzdalafah will be provided in Mekkah.
Try to keep with you the obligatory actions of hajj and the necessary duas in case you are lost or separated from the group, then you know what to do without losing time.
On the last day, departure from Mekkah to Jeddah should be 12 hours before the plane departs.
There will be many stops and delays along the way, please be prepared to wait.
